• Upload malicious code or interfere with service operation

• Circumvent usage limits or security measures

3.1 Professional Responsibility

As a healthcare professional using our service, you acknowledge that:

• • You retain full responsibility for all clinical decisions
• • AI-generated content must be reviewed and verified before use
• • You must maintain appropriate professional liability insurance
• • You are responsible for compliance with professional standards
• • The service is a tool to assist, not replace, clinical judgment

3.2 AI-Generated Content

Regarding AI-generated documentation:

• All AI output must be reviewed for accuracy
• You must correct any errors before finalizing documentation
• AI suggestions are not a substitute for professional expertise
• You remain liable for all documentation accuracy

3.3 No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Nothing in our service creates a doctor-patient relationship between AudZone and any patient. All patient relationships and obligations remain solely between the healthcare professional and their patients.

4.1 Platform Ownership

AudZone owns all rights, title, and interest in:

• • The AudZone platform and software
• • All proprietary algorithms and AI models
• • User interface designs and branding
• • Documentation and training materials
• • All improvements and derivatives thereof

4.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of:

• • Patient data and recordings you upload
• • Clinical notes and documentation you create
• • Custom templates and preferences
• • Any other content you provide

4.3 License Grant

By using our service, you grant AudZone a limited, non-exclusive license to:

5.1 Subscription Fees

Our services are provided on a subscription basis:

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except as required by law.

You acknowledge that you maintain appropriate professional liability insurance and that AudZone's service does not replace your need for such insurance.

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• • Requesting account deletion (subject to legal requirements)

9.2 Termination by AudZone

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Payment is overdue by more than 30 days

• You compromise platform security

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
