One price per clinic. Your whole team included.
$289 a month for a full-time clinic. Part-time sites are half price and satellite rooms are free. Every login, the AI assistant and your reminder texts are part of the base.
Build your practice
Tell us about your sites and what you would like switched on. The figure on the right updates as you go, and nothing here is saved or sent unless you ask us to email it to you.
At part-time and satellite sites, Marketing SMS and Advanced Analytics are half price.
Inside your allowance, with about 605 parts to spare. Nothing extra to pay.
Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. The text estimate assumes one confirmation and your chosen reminders for each appointment, with a typical message using 1.3 message parts. Your real use may differ.
You pay for how often a site is open.
A room you visit once a fortnight should not cost the same as your main clinic. So it does not.
Full-time
Open 3 or more days a week
- Everything in the base, unlimited users
- 1,000 message parts for reminder texts
- Add-ons at the standard price
Part-time
Open 1 to under 3 days a week
- Everything in the base, unlimited users
- 500 message parts for reminder texts
- Marketing SMS and Analytics half price
Satellite
Open less than 1 day a week
- No base fee, same full CRM
- Reminder texts come from your clinics' shared allowance
- Add-ons half price. If your clinics have the Noah integration, satellites are connected at no extra charge
Message parts are shared across the whole practice, so a satellite sends its reminders from the allowance your clinics already have. If a site starts opening more often, we let you know before its tier changes. Nothing moves without notice.
See AudCRM before you try it.
A walk through the main features, to watch whenever suits you.
Built for hearing clinics, not adapted for them.
A general practice system leaves you to build the hearing-care parts yourself. Here they are already in place, and they are part of the base price at every site.
The device catalogue, already loaded
Every hearing aid on the HSP device schedule is in the system before you start, with its HSP device code. You choose the models you sell. You do not type in a catalogue.
- Grouped by manufacturer and model
- Import a supplier price list to fill cost and sell price
- You approve every price before it is used
The HSP device schedule, kept current
We update the catalogue from the official HSP schedule of devices every fortnight. The changes flow through to your account and stay linked to your own prices.
- No spreadsheet to keep up to date
- New and removed devices are picked up for you
- The same list drives quotes, invoices and claims
The HSP Schedule of Fees, built in
The official fees are loaded for you. An invoice picks the right device subsidy and dispensing fee for the date of service, with no manual lookup.
- Each new fee schedule is loaded before it starts
- The fee is fixed on the invoice line, so later changes do not alter it
- Maintenance and service items included
HSP claiming from start to finish
A claim check lists what is missing in plain words before you lodge. Then certify, build the batch file for the HSP portal, and bring the response back in.
- Each warning comes with a reason and a fix
- Batch file ready to upload to the HSP portal
- Payment statements matched back to claims
Every way a patient is funded
HSP, DVA, NDIS, WorkCover and private each have their own care pathway. The pathway follows the patient through appointments, devices, invoices and claims.
- Vouchers and expiry dates tracked
- Maintenance plans and renewals
- Prices can differ by pathway
A stock room that knows every aid
Order from the supplier, scan the box when it arrives, and each aid is followed by serial number to the shelf, the invoice and the patient.
- Trials, loans, returns and repairs
- Stocktake and month-end reports
- An aid is invoiced before it leaves the shelf
Client record transfers between clinics
When an HSP client moves to another provider, or comes to you from one, their file has to follow them. This is the part clinics tell us they struggle with most. Here it is a guided process with a record of everything that was sent.
- The other clinic opens a secure link. They do not need to use AudZone
- The client's consent is kept with the transfer
- The link expires, and the copies are removed afterwards
- Confirm who the client isFour identity checks, so the file goes to the right person's new clinic.
- Choose the records and attach consentPick from the documents already on the client's file.
- Send a secure linkThe other clinic verifies the same details before anything opens.
- They download a verified copyYou keep a dated record of what was sent, to whom, and when.

How a text is counted
Phone networks carry texts in pieces they call segments. We call them message parts. Your allowance and anything over it are counted in parts, because that is how the networks charge for a text.
- 1 partA text of up to 160 characters. A short, plain reminder fits in one.
- 2 or more partsA longer text is carried in pieces of 153 characters each. It still arrives as one message on the patient's phone.
- Special charactersAn emoji, a curly quote or a long dash changes how the whole text is sent. Each part then holds 70 characters, or 67 once the text is split.
The calculator above assumes an average of 1.3 parts a message. Replies from patients are never counted.
This fits in one part. Over your allowance, it would cost 10c.

Changing practice software is a big decision. These terms are our way of sharing the effort with the clinics who go first.
We are a small team, so we bring clinics on in the order they sign up. That way no import is rushed and each one is checked for accuracy.
No surprises, in writing.
