Introduction
This guide will gently walk you through how to use the system to automatically fill out a PDF form, such as the NAL Client Oriented Scale (COSI), using your session notes. It is designed for audiologists and clinic staff who want to save time on paperwork. Simply follow these steps at your own pace after recording a session.
1. Select the Forms tab
Once you have finished recording and generated a note, click on the Forms tab at the top of the session view.

2. Expand the Reports section
If you don't see the form you need in the quick menu, click on the Reports section to view more options.

3. Click "Fill a Form"
Click the "Fill a Form" button located under the Fillable Forms section.

4. Click "Library Forms" if you don't have the form under "My Forms"
Select the "Library Forms" tab to view the available templates.

5. Select the form you wish to fill
Click on the specific form you want the AI to complete. The NAL Client Oriented Scale (COSI) is shown here as an example.

6. Click "Auto-Fill & Preview"
Review the selected data sources and target audience, then click "Auto-Fill & Preview" to generate the form. For most forms the pre-selected fields are OK. If you want data fromprevious sessions, open the tabs to select what you want added to the data AudZone can pull from to fill the form.

7. Wait for the AI to process your form
A processing screen will appear while the AI analyses your session data and fills out the form. This usually takes about 30 to 40 seconds.

8. Review and save your form
Once the form has loaded, you can review the details and make any necessary changes directly in the editor. When you are happy with the information, click "Save" to finalise the document.

9. Click "Open in Chrome"
If you need to view or print the form outside the system, click "Open in Chrome". You can also download the form to attach it to a patient record in your CRM.
